Privacy Notice
Gridnity India Private Limited (“Gridnity”, “we”) is the data fiduciary for personal data processed through this website. This notice is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
This website carries no enquiry forms, no accounts and no e-commerce. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds — every asset is served from our own domain.
The only personal data we hold from this website is what you choose to send us by email: your name, your email address, any other contact details you include, and the content of your message.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We process it to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the correspondence that follows. The basis is your consent, given when you contact us, together with the legitimate uses permitted under section 7 of the Act where you have voluntarily provided the data for a specified purpose.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type. These logs exist to keep the service running and secure. We do not use them to build profiles and we do not combine them with any other data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with our hosting and email providers acting as data processors on our instructions, with professional advisers where necessary, and where disclosure is required by law.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is retained for as long as the business relationship it relates to is active, and afterwards only for the period required to meet legal, tax and audit obligations. Server logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@gridnityindia.com. We will respond within the period prescribed by the Act.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is directed at businesses and institutions. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children.
